Refunds & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to the following situations: items being out of stock, pricing errors, credit card being declined, and when customers do not pick up / reply to confirmation calls from call center staff.

Exchange Policy

After the delivery of the product, if you are not satisfied with the product in terms of size, color, or any other defect, the item can be exchanged within 4 days after the product delivery. We will conduct a proper checking process before exchanging the product. The product should fall in the following criteria before making an exchange:

  • The item should not be used.
  • All tags must be kept intact.
  • The item is either faulty or is incorrect in size or color.
  • The product should receive it within 4 days at our location.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

All costs (shipping charges, taxes, and duties, etc) will be borne by the customer at all times. The product can only be exchanged once after the purchase.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if, then the item can be exchanged within 72 hours but it will not be refunded.

  • if the product turns out to be faulty or has any defect.
  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (4-5 days not including 1-3 days processing).
  • you receive the wrong item.
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by couriers,  customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
