How do you ship packages?

We are proud to offer across Pakistan services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those locations we will contact you. We endeavor to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you. Please note that if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive at your location. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery.

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to the following situations: items being out of stock, pricing errors, credit card being declined, and when customers do not pick up / reply to confirmation calls from call center staff.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if, then the item can be exchanged within 72 hours but it will not be refunded:

  • If the product turns out to be faulty or has any defect.
  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (4-5 days not including 1-3 days processing).
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of dressdesignz.com

*You can submit refund requests within 24 hrs after the receipt of the product. For any complaints, order cancellation, exchange and refund, please contact us at support@dressdesignz.com.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

After the delivery of the product, if you are not satisfied with the product in terms of size or any other defect, the item can be exchanged within 4 days after the product delivery. We will conduct a proper checking process before exchanging the product. The product should fall in the following criteria before making an exchange:

  • All tags must be kept intact.
  • The item is either faulty or is incorrect in size or color.
  • The product should receive it within 4 days at our location.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
